Responsible for immigration and labor procedures for clients of the firm, with a portfolio of more than 350 active files, and coordination of the operation in Panama City and in the interior of the country (Coclé).
Advisory on administrative law and public contracting, including the review of files, preparation of proposals, drafting of claim actions or other requests or administrative procedures.
Application of special regimes, such as Multinational Companies Headquarters, consultations on the scope and permitted activities, including applications to the regime and modifications
Drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts.
Reviews corporate issues, incorporation of national and foreign companies, changes of boards, establishment of special and general powers, among others.
Before joining the ARROCHA & CO team, she served as head of the ministerial cabinet, general secretary, and legal coordinator in the Ministry of Commerce and Industries of Panama.
